The staging service
Streamfiesta helps creators run learning cohorts and learners participate in sessions, submit work, join accountability pods, and track progress. Staging is for internal testing; accounts and content may be reset, and availability is not guaranteed. A cohort’s description, schedule, and requirements explain the learning experience offered by its creator.
These are provisional terms for staging review, not a final external-pilot agreement. The operator’s legal identity and contact, effective date, eligibility rules, and applicable legal provisions must be settled before they become an effective agreement for external pilot or production use.
Your account and participation
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and invitations you are authorized to use. Follow the cohort’s participation requirements and communicate respectfully with other learners and creators.
Creators participate as instructors without enrolling as learners. Learner enrollment determines capacity, progress requirements, pod membership, and graduation eligibility. Joining a cohort does not guarantee completion.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or discriminate against other participants.
- Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or content you have no right to share.
- Do not expose another person’s private information or misuse their work.
- Do not bypass access controls, misuse invitations, or interfere with the service.
- Do not falsify attendance, submissions, reviews, or evidence of completion.
Your work and shared content
You retain ownership of your own content. The proposed permission to Streamfiesta is limited to storing, displaying, and processing it to provide the service, including showing work to authorized reviewers and progress to authorized participants. Share only material you have permission to use.
Other participants’ work and course materials are not yours to redistribute unless their owner permits it. External meetings, repositories, and other linked services operate under their own terms.
Classrooms and recordings
When enabled, native media uses Mux and Cloudflare RealtimeKit. Recording-enabled rooms present a separate recording notice before entry; these provisional terms do not replace that acknowledgment. Instructors control recording and can export private replays. Do not redistribute recordings or include other people’s personal information without appropriate permission. Use test material during internal staging validation.
Replay access expires 30 days after cohort end, with earlier instructor deletion available. Retain your own permitted source materials; staging is not an archive. Watching a replay does not itself record attendance, recovery, or completion.
Completion and public proofs
Completion reflects the platform’s eligible participation and work requirements. A public proof is an optional summary of a recorded completion, not professional accreditation, a job guarantee, or a separate instructor endorsement.
Publishing makes the saved learner name, cohort name, completion date, and statistics available to anyone with the link. The current pilot does not provide a self-service unpublish control. Review the privacy notice before choosing to publish.
Problems, access, and changes
The final terms will provide a contact for account problems, content complaints, and disputes. They will also explain how access restrictions, account closure, service changes, and changes to these terms are handled.
Any payment or refund terms, age requirements, governing law, and liability provisions remain pending operator decisions and review. This draft does not introduce fees or waive rights available under applicable law.
